ClinicAll Communicator is a new approach to improve contact and communication between patients and hospital staff. It is a digital messaging service that enables patients to contact the hospital staff from their smartphone.
So if your hospital makes use of this messaging service, then you – as a patient – just download the ClinicAll Communicator app and you'll be able to send your nurses various digital messages from your smartphone. It works super easily and quick!
Whether you just need water or any other assistance – just push a button on the ClinicAll Communicator app and your nurses and care staff will be noted immediately. They will receive your message immediately on their own devices, and you'll also get a push message on your phone when they react to your request.
The app also includes an admin interface that is accessible to nurses and staff on the hospital station. They can access this interface with their admin access code. This enables them to see a list of all the rooms and the current status of their patients. Nurses and staff are also able to manage the patient access codes here to make sure no one's using the app inadvertently.
Why did we develop this app?
Many hospitals do not use any digital messaging services in their patient rooms so far, even though the communication between patients and staff can be greatly improved and simplified by such digital services.
The ClinicAll Communicator fills this gap. It is a novel communication app that was specifically created to help patients and hospitals in quarantine stations.
The app uses a cloud service to process and store all messages. The access code system makes sure that only patients who currently stay in a hospital that uses this service can log in and send messages to the hospital staff.
